Cancellations that occur 24 hours before a one hour session or pack of sessions are valid and will result in a full refund. Cancellations that occur after the 24 hour period for a package of sessions will not be refunded, while cancellations that occur after the 24 hour period or no shows for a 1 hour session will be charged a cancellation fee of $10.
